"IS YOUR STOCK AUTHENTIC?"

Yes bar no exception, at Trend Distributor Limited we guarantee the authenticity of all designer clothing and accessories sold on our website.

As a VAT registered Ltd company, Trend Distributor Limited adheres to the law, strictly prohibiting the sale of counterfeit items.

"WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY/VALUE?"

The minimum order purchase is £400 and at least 5 items in order to checkout on the website. The products can be mixed and matched, as long as the total is over the minimum amounts. 

"HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?"

All orders placed before 2PM UK time will arrive with you the next day unless the order was placed on a Saturday or a bank holiday. Orders placed after 2PM UK time will be shipped the next business day.

You can track the whereabouts of your parcel via Royal Mails website. Your tracking number will be sent to the email entered at checkout.

"WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?"

At Trend Distributor Limited, we accept all major cards. Complying with GDPR regulations, we do not store your password or payment information. We only access the information you provide at checkout, such as name, email, and address, which can be deleted upon request.

"DO YOU PROVIDE A PURCHASE INVOICE?"

Yes, on our order confirmation email's you will see a 'Download PDF Invoice' link.

"DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?"

Given that our platform operates on a business-to-business (B2B) model, primarily facilitating the sale of products for subsequent consumer resale, we maintain a strict return policy. We only accept returns in cases where the merchandise is defective or damaged upon arrival. Should you encounter such issues, it is imperative that you report the defect or damage within three days of receiving your order, alongside photographic evidence to support your claim. Upon verification, we will organize for the return, exchange, or refund of the affected goods.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider requests for exchanges due to sizing issues, provided these requests are submitted within three days of the order's receipt. Approval of such exchanges is subject to management's discretion and requires the buyer to bear all associated shipping costs.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in pristine condition, unused, and complete with all original packaging and accessories. Opening the product's box for inspection is permitted, provided the product itself remains unmarked and undamaged.

The responsibility for the cost of returning items lies with you, the customer. Prior to returning any item, you must reach out to us via telephone or email to receive guidance on the correct warehouse address for returns. Failure to follow this procedure may result in delays in processing refunds or credits.
